It was already illegal to assault a person or trespass on property. I do not think we needed more laws to punish the same behavior in different ways.

Thank you for the post! I think that many paparazzi here in Los Angeles and far above and beyond what’s ethical on a business level and on a personal level. Chasing stars — literally — can lead to more serious incidents, which has happened in the past many times.
