REMINDER – CEL PHONE USE WHILE DRIVING

Effective July 1, 2008, use of handheld cellular telephones while driving is prohibited in California .  Fines start at $70 (including penalties, etc.), and increase to $175 for subsequent offenses. Go hands-free or get a ticket.
