Good discussion of differences between copyrights, trademarks and patents

Over at  the Phosita Intellectual Property Blog, there is a good, if a bit simplified discussion of the differences between the types of Intellectual Property.

This presents a good thumbnail sketch for those familiar with the concept, but not the specifics, of intellectual property.

Thanks for the mention Gordon. I spend so much time talking through these differences with people who email, I thought a very basic primer would be helpful.

Of course, if you have any other topics or questions – shoot them over. I am always looking for more material. Our five years worth of archives have span a lot of ground – but there are always new questions/debates/considerations.

    Cheers!

    Douglas
