“SHOPPING” AND SUBMISSIONS
Every week, we receive several email inquiries from artists, writers and other creative folks seeking our help “shopping” their demo-CDs, scripts, or manuscripts. While we certainly want to help artists attempting to “break-in” to the entertainment industry, we are unable to offer the service of submitting literary or musical material to prospective purchasers on behalf of new clients.
“Shopping” artists and material to record labels, publishers and production companies is an extremely time-intensive, involved, and ongoing process which requires unyielding dedication, and which is best handled by you, your manager or your agent.
We are lawyers, and are neither licensed as literary or talent agents, nor able to devote the extraordinary time required to make, track and follow-up on submissions.
For these reasons, we choose not to offer “Shopping” services to new clients.
